As the director of Operations and Supply Chain for Identification Solutions, Karen Willingham is responsible for leading global operations and overall supply chain strategy and execution for this division of the Avery Dennison Corporation.

Karen is based in Miamisburg, Ohio, and has been with Avery Dennison for 15 years, having joined the Company in 2001 as the Business Unit Manager for the Variable Image Tag and Label (VITAL) division. She has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in the Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS) division and assumed her current role in 2015. 

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
