Avery Dennison offers several different types of service agreements designed to best fit the way your company operates. On-Site service agreements include product installation and user training. We can come to you if you choose one of our on-site agreements or your equipment can be shipped to our Electronic Repair Center in the case of depot agreements.
All on-site service agreements provide service coverage from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding national and Avery Dennison holidays. Depot service agreements require the customer or end user to return the product prepaid to Avery Dennison and returns the product prepaid UPS Ground.
Custom service programs, tailored to fit individual customer requirements, are available on a custom quote basis.
