Service Agreements

Avery Dennison offers several different types of service agreements designed to best fit the way your company operates. On-Site service agreements include product installation and user training. We can come to you if you choose one of our on-site agreements or your equipment can be shipped to our Electronic Repair Center in the case of depot agreements.

All on-site service agreements provide service coverage from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding national and Avery Dennison holidays. Depot service agreements require the customer or end user to return the product prepaid to Avery Dennison and returns the product prepaid UPS Ground.

Custom service programs, tailored to fit individual customer requirements, are available on a custom quote basis.

On-Site Service Agreements

 

Premier

The Premier On-Site Service Agreement is available for all Monarch® brand printers in which Monarch brand supplies are used exclusively. The purchase of this agreement qualifies the printer for the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This agreement provides complete parts and labor coverage as required including thermal printheads. This agreement also provides coverage for damage, abuse and ANY service required during the product's stated life. Loss of the product is not covered under this agreement.

  • Will maintain an on-site spare printhead free of charge
  • Will provide priority response to service requests
  • Will also provide an on-site hot swap spare printer (minimum of five or more covered printers per site) and priority response to service requests

Preferred

The Preferred On-Site Service Agreement is available for all Monarch models in which Monarch brand supplies are used exclusively. The purchase of this agreement qualifies the model for the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This agreement provides complete parts and labor coverage as required including thermal printheads. This agreement does not include damage or abuse.

Vantage

The Vantage On-Site Service Agreement provides all parts and labor required for necessary repairs due to systems' failures except thermal printheads. This agreement does not include damage or abuse.

Depot Service Agreements

 

Premier Depot

The Premier Service Agreement is available for all Monarch® brand printers in which Monarch brand supplies are used exclusively. The purchase of this agreement qualifies the printer for the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This agreement provides complete parts and labor coverage as required including thermal printheads. This agreement also provides coverage for damage, abuse and ANY service required during the product's stated life. Loss of the product is not covered under this agreement. Avery Dennison will provide priority depot turnaround (same or next business day repairs) for products covered by this agreement.

Preferred Depot

The Preferred Service Agreement is available for all Monarch brand printers in which Monarch brand supplies are used exclusively. The purchase of this agreement qualifies the model for the Avery Dennison Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This agreement provides complete parts and labor coverage as required including thermal printheads. This agreement does not include damage or abuse.

Vantage Depot

The Vantage Service Agreement provides all parts and labor required for necessary repairs due to systems' failures except thermal printheads. This agreement does not include damage or abuse.
